The National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS) is the largest leadership honor society in the United States. With over 1.5 million members at more than 700 colleges nationwide, the NSLS is dedicated to helping students develop leadership skills and achieve personal and professional success. The society provides a comprehensive leadership program that includes training, networking, and recognition for its members.

The mission of the NSLS is to build leaders who make a better world. The society achieves this by providing a life-changing experience that encourages students to discover and achieve their goals, offering them tools and resources to foster long-term success.

Orientation and Leadership Training

The Orientation and Leadership Training Certification from the National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS) equips participants with crucial leadership skills through a structured program. It starts with an orientation that introduces members to the program, followed by a Leadership Training Day, which includes interactive sessions for identifying and achieving personal goals. Participants also engage in Speaker Broadcasts to learn from established leaders and Success Networking Team meetings to set and pursue goals collaboratively, which are crucial for building accountability and leadership skills.

Upon completing these activities, members are awarded the Orientation and Leadership Training Certification, recognizing their newly developed capabilities in goal setting, action planning, and collaborative leadership. This program is designed not only to enhance practical leadership skills but also to offer flexibility, allowing participants to manage their participation according to their schedules​
